Nutrition in Neighborhoods

Malnutrition is a prominent risk factor for cardiovascular impairment. The CHEC seeks to target populations that may be predisposed to such conditions through our Nutrition in Neighborhoods program.

Form partnerships with local food banks, food pantries, soup kitchens, and family resource centers.

Work with these organizations to determine the most effective distribution techniques that can integrate into current workflow.

Distribute our tailored poster series to those in need about topics including CVD awareness, health literacy, and healthy living.
